Product information

Orion Craft aims to keep product descriptions and prices accurate. Availability is confirmed directly before fulfilment.

Orders and quotations

A website cart handoff is a prepared request, not proof that a WhatsApp message was sent or that an order was accepted. Printing work begins only after Orion Craft confirms the specification, price, payment arrangement and timing.

Delivery and payment

Product prices shown on the website exclude delivery unless explicitly stated. Delivery and payment arrangements are agreed directly with Orion Craft.

Artwork and production

Customers are responsible for supplying artwork they are authorised to use. Orion Craft may request production-ready files or quote separately for design and prepress work.
