Privacy policy
Orion Craft collects only the information needed to respond to enquiries and prepare requested WhatsApp order handoffs.
Information collected
Enquiries may include a name, email address and project details. Cart handoffs include a name, location note, optional order note and the selected products. The website does not request or store a customer phone number or online payment information.
How information is used
Information is used to respond to requests, prepare production discussions, prevent abuse and maintain an operational record. It is not sold.
Protection and retention
Customer-entered handoff fields are encrypted before database storage. Access is restricted to authorised administrators. Handoff records remain available until Orion Craft instructs the site administrator to delete them.
Opening WhatsApp transfers the prepared message to WhatsApp. Processing inside WhatsApp is governed by WhatsApp’s terms and privacy practices. This website cannot know whether a prepared message was sent.
