Ordering & delivery

Consumable orders

Add fixed-price consumables to the cart and provide your name and location note. The website creates an encrypted reference and opens a prepared WhatsApp message. Your order is not confirmed until Orion Craft responds in WhatsApp.

What the displayed total means

The cart subtotal covers the selected products only. Delivery within Nairobi CBD is free. Countrywide delivery is available at a small fee, confirmed together with availability, payment method and fulfilment timing in the WhatsApp conversation before work proceeds.

Custom printing

Printing and branding work varies by material, quantity, finishing, artwork and deadline. Request a quotation so the correct specification can be agreed before production.

Coverage

Orion Craft arranges delivery across Kenya. Nairobi CBD delivery is free; the appropriate countrywide delivery method and small fee depend on the order and destination.
